Christian Gusewski 1942 born in Eastern Germany in Kaliningrad (Königsberg). Childhood and youth at the baltic sea nearby Lübeck De. The impressions of the coulors of sunset and - rising gave deep impulses for his decision to become a painter. 1959 first lessons through Prof. Rosatis in Lübeck, after the method of Paul Cezannes. 1962 - 67 study in Berlin -West with Prof. Kampmann, Prof. Latkovitch. 1973 - 76 Provence (France) 1976 - Dornach Switzerland, contact with Anthroposophie of Rudolf Steiner and study of his impulse of painting 1991 longer study visit in Aix-en-Provence ( the landscape of P. Cezanne ) gave inspiration to his today stile of painting. Since1979 living in Rünenberg (Switzerland nearby Basel) with his family. 1980 together with his wife, foundation of ArtRü, the center of living and art in Rünenberg .They continiously organise seminars, exibitions and concerts. ArtRü will bring cross-over projects of art: interdiscipline meeting of painting, music, sculpture and movement (eurythmie). Main aspect is the exchange of artists from Switzerland and Ukraine. The concept of ArtRü includes therapy in drawing and painting, as well as eurythmic art of healing. Since 1989 Prof. for art-history at " Freie Schule für künstlerisches Gestalten" in De. (Highschool of art) Since 1993 international exibitions in De, Poland, France, Switzerland. Since 1999 teaching in Kyiv in the pedagogic seminar of Freie Waldorfschule Kyiv and Eurythmeum Kyiv. 2004 November, exibition in "house of the artist" Galerie Veshtak 2005 Schevtschenko University Kyiv exibition and performance with music, played by the pianist Evgeny Gromov, Kyiv Contact and friendschip with artists in Kyiv: Valentyn Sylvestrov , Sviatoslav Krutykov composers, Evgeny Gromov pianist, Mykola Zhuravel artist, Stanislav Jushkov artist (Dnipropetrovsk), Iryna and Volodymyr Veshtak, galerists
